About Us
Conservatory of Dance Education (CODE) has been one of the premier dance studios in the Kansas City Metropolitan area.

Phillip Vitug, Director and Choregrapher has been in the Liberty area for more than 14 years and has more than 19 years of background in the art of dance, singing and modeling, as well as extensive performance experience.  Mr. Phil, as he is affectionately called by his students, has studied in Los Angeles under Mr. Joe Tremain, in Chicago under Mr. Frank Hachette and Mr. Charles Kelly.  Mr. Phil had also been lead MC for cruise lines and performed for Norweigan, Celebrity and Holland Cruise Lines.  He has also performed for Worlds of Fun, Bush Gardens, Jean Ann Ryan Productions and Anita Mann  Productions.  Mr. Phil has owned and operated The Conservatory of Dance Education for 12 years.  His passion for dance is apparent in each class he teaches, of which he tries to pass along a positive attitude and a love for the art of well.  His students of dance have gone on to follow in his footsteps working and perfroming on cruise ships and other well known venues.  Mr. Phil takes a "Let's Have Fun" approach with his students, but he does expect them to work hard and practice.  Mr. Phil has choreographed his Competition Troup to be an award winning team, being recognized for his superior dance technique and choreography.  Mr. Phil is a family man, and he extends his arms to his CODE family as well.

Justin Pasamonte

Danced at CODE for 11 years, now lives in LA.  He dances professionally currently performing in Aladdin with Disneyland.

Jacoby Mosby

Danced with CODE for 4 years, now lives in LA.  Dances professionally, has done music videos and is a teacher of celebrities kids. He is also an instructor at Millenium in LA.
